Privacy & confidentiality

Business information deserves careful treatment.

This notice explains our current website, prospect, and client-data practices. Last updated July 20, 2026.

Plain-language commitments

  • We treat business information as confidential whether or not it is labeled confidential.
  • Clients own their data, outputs, and confidential information.
  • Client-specific information never crosses into another client’s environment.
  • Client data is never used to train AI by default.
  • Any AI-training use requires a separate, specific, written, revocable opt-in and is not a condition of service.

Website and inquiry information

When you submit the fit form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, work email, company, company scale, and workflow description. Optional fields may include your website, role, systems involved, desired outcome, and referral or campaign information.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, assess fit, protect the form from abuse, and maintain a reasonable record of the relationship. Please do not submit sensitive client data through the website.

Lead records are retained for no more than 12 months unless a relationship begins or a shorter period is required. If you become a client, relevant information may move into the contractual client record.

Service providers and telemetry

We use service providers only where needed to operate the site and respond to inquiries. This may include Cloudflare for hosting, security, form verification, database storage, and privacy-friendly website analytics, and Resend for email notifications. We do not use advertising profiles or session replay.

Aggregated operational telemetry may improve the Supanova core only when contractually permitted and stripped of client content and identifiers.

Client information, rights, and ownership

Clients own their data, outputs, and confidential information and receive durable rights to their configured workflow. Supanova retains reusable methods, components, managed infrastructure, and the cross-client trust layer. The governing services agreement defines the exact allocation for each engagement.

Clients can request export, correction, or deletion of their information, subject to contractual commitments and legal retention requirements. We use minimum necessary access, separation between client environments, and practical safeguards appropriate to the system and information.

AI systems and training

Client data is not used to train AI by default. We do not make a buried or bundled training consent part of the service. Any proposed training use requires a separate, specific description, written opt-in, and a practical way to revoke that permission for future use. Declining is not a condition of service.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing furney@supanova.ai. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information where a contract or law requires it.
